 Home Watch is a scheduled visual inspection service designed to identify obvious issues early while you’re away. Unlike property management, we do not lease or manage tenants. Our focus is structured inspection, detailed documentation, and early risk detection to protect your property. 

 Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly inspections during peak and storm seasons, and monthly visits during lower-risk periods. Frequency is customizable, based on property size, systems, location, and homeowner preference. 

 Each inspection includes a structured visual review of:

• Exterior condition and visible structural issues
• Signs of water intrusion or storm damage
• Windows, doors, and entry points
• HVAC and visible system status
• Generator presence and visible condition (if applicable)
• Interior walk-through

Every visit follows a disciplined inspection routine. Every inspection is digitally recorded and stored for immediate access by the homeowner. 

 After each visit, you receive a detailed digital report including time-stamped photographs and written observations. Reports are clear, organized, and delivered promptly so you can make informed decisions. 

 If an issue is identified, you are contacted promptly with documentation and therecommended next steps. With your approval, we can coordinate licensed vendors and oversee access as needed. 

Yes. Vineyard Property Watch is fully insured. Documentation is available upon request.

 Yes. Storm and severe weather checks are available as scheduled visits or as event-based inspections. These include exterior condition documentation and visible impact assessment. .

 Vineyard Property Watch is founded on over 18 years of public safety and emergency response experience. Our inspections are proactive, structured, and thoroughly documented. Clients choose us for disciplined oversight and reliable communication.

No, however we will act as a point of contact and keyholder for your alarm systems. Depending on the services you choose, we can respond to your residence when notified by your alarm company of an activation. We work with public service agencies to ensure proper availability and access to your property in the case of an alarm activation. 

We offer limited locksmith services to maintain access to your property. Upon written request we have the ability  to copy, cut and program most residential and automotive keys. We do not install lock systems or sell this service to non-members. If you are our client and lose a house key, we can easily provide you with a new one.
